结 构 Structure

▲本机上部采用快拆式手柄，把整机连成一个整体，上盖采用全密封，有效防止 物料在过筛时由于振动而产生粉尘飞扬。筛体下部安装振动电机，有效保证了物 料的结构紧凑，下部采用弹簧减振，使整机在平稳状态下工作。下面底座采用可 调式，可调正在过筛时的筛面倾斜角度，根据物料特性以取得最佳过筛效果。

▲It adapts quick disassembling handle at the upper part of this machine The handle connects the machine as the all and the one. Its upper cover is seal fully. Therefore it  prevent from the dust flying caused by vibration during the period of sieving.The vibra-tion motor is installed under the sieve.Meanwhile it adapts spring to reduce vibration. So  the machine will operate at stable state. The stand is adjustable,so the inclined angle of sieve that is sieving can be adjusted.The best sieving effect can be got.
