特点 Features
◆热风多次穿过物料层，与物料逆向流动，使热交换充分，热效率高。

◆物料沿螺旋床自上而下作圆周运动的同时，自身也产生跳跃，从而增加了物料与热风的接触，增强了干燥效果。
◆连续的进出料适合于流水线生产，并且易于达到“GMP”规范，可代替传统的箱式干燥。
◆对物料的表面及形状基本没有损伤，不仅保证了丸剂的圆度，而且大大的降低了丸剂的破碎率
◆Because the hot air pases through the layer of raw material several times and acts counter motion towards the raw material,the heat exchange is fully used and the thermal efficiency is high;
◆The structure is compact and it occupies small area;
◆The stay time of raw material in the helix bed can be adjusted and the operation is very convenient;
◆The raw material acts teh motion of circle at helix bed fiom up to low,at the same time the equipment can jump itself,so the contact surface between hot air and raw material increased too and the dry effect is strengthened;
◆The equipment is suitable for continous operation because of continuous feeding and discharging raw material.Meanwhile it is easy to meet the requirements of  “GMP”.
◆It does not damage te surface and shape of raw material basically.It can not only maintain the roundness of pill but also decrease the brokn ate of pills.

工作原理 Principle
◆湿物料自顶部加料口进入螺旋床内，在周向激振力及重力的作用下，物料沿螺旋床自上而下作跳跃运动，直至最底层出料， 同时，洁净的热风由螺旋床底部进入，与分布在床上的物料进行充分的传热和传质后，由顶部排湿口排出，从而使湿物料达  到了干燥的目的。
◆The wed raw material enters into helx bed from fed inlet at the top and moves along with the helix bed fom up to low and make jumping motion to the bottom md then discharge under the acticn of vibrating force at the circle and gravity.Meanwhile clean hot air enters into it from the bottom of helix bed and carries out heat exchange with raw materals on the helix bed fuly and exhausts from the outlet at the top.In this way the dry purpose of wat raw material is realized.

Note:The priduction capacity is concerned with the moisture of raw material and the final moisture of finished prodonct.The date;isted in the table indicates production capacity of pill of Chinese traditional medicine(the primary moisture of pill of Chinese traditionalmedicine is less than 35% and the moisture of finished product is less than 5%).
