概 述 Descriptions
 ▲CT-C型系列热风循环烘箱配用低噪音耐高温 轴流风机和自动控温系统，整个循环系统全封 闭，使烘箱的热效率从传统的烘房3-7%提高到目 前的35-45%,最高热效率可达70%。CT-C型热风循 环烘箱的设计成功，使我国的热风循环烘箱达到 了国内外先进水平。为我国节约了大量能源，提 高了企业的经济效益，1990年由国家医药管理局 发布了行业标准，统一型号为RXH。
 ▲CT-C series hot air circulation oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system.The entire cir-  culation  system  is  enclosed  to  make  that  the  heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of the traditional drying oven to 35-45% of the present  one.The highest heat efficiency can be up to 70%.The successful design of CT-C hot air circulation oven  makes that the hot air circulation drying oven in our country reach the advanced level in the world.It saves energy and increases the economic benefit,In 1990,the medical management bureau of the State issued the industry stardard and the uniform type is RXH.

一、加热源有蒸汽、电、远红外、汽电两用供用户选择。
 二、使用温度：蒸汽加热50-130℃,最高140℃,
 三、用电、远红外温度50-300℃。可配套自控系统或电脑控制系统,供用户选择。
 四、常用蒸汽压力0.2-0.8Mpa(2～8kg/cm2)。
 五、配用电加热按1型计算15kw、实用5-8kw/h
 六、特殊要求在定货时表明。
 七、非标烘箱价格面议。
 八、使用温度大于140℃或小于60℃，要在订货时注明。
 九、本厂出厂烘车，烘盘尺寸统一，可以互换。
 十、烘盘尺寸：460×640×45mm。

 9.The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are uniform in dimesion, and can be exchanged each other.

 ▲适用于制药、化工、食品，农副产品、水产品、轻工、重工等行业物料及产品的加热固化、干燥脱水。如原料药、生药、中药饮片、浸膏、粉剂、颗粒、冲剂、水丸，包装瓶、颜料染料、脱水蔬菜、瓜果干、香肠、塑料树脂、电器元件、烘漆等。

◆散热器可配套各种干燥设备使用，规格多种多样，使用材质有：铝合金、不锈钢、A3钢表面涂锌、钢铝复合、铜制、钢管 铝绕片。另外，散热器可单独用于室内与库房的加热除湿，我厂可为用户设计制作。
