◆物料呈流化状态，传热效果好，干燥均匀，速率提高。有明显节能效果。可实现无菌操作。内筒可通入高温蒸汽(压力 <0.25MPa) 进行灭菌操作，过程方便，迅速，可靠。
◆可真空吸料、振动出料，并可借助机械激振力使物料边干燥边破碎，操作简便、省力。
◆真空干燥满足GMP要求，尤其适用热敏性物料干燥。系统设置冷凝器，可回收有机溶剂。
◆无动密封结构，除运行安全可靠外，无动密封的污染泄漏之虑。
◆可设置在位自动清洗装置，进行在位清洗
◆Materialis a fuidized state,having good heat conductivity.Material is dried evenly and rapidly,having obvions cncrgy saving effoct.the machine can be run under no germ condition,because high temperature steam may enter into imer container(pressure<0.25mpa),with convenient,rapid and credible operation procedure.
◆With vacumm material absorbing and vibration material taking out,the machine makes matenial dry while breaking,having simple and force saving performance.
◆Meting GMP requirement,vacuum drying is particularly applied in therm osensitive material drying.After cooling of condenser set in system,solvent may be recycled.

干燥原理 Principle of  Drying
◆本机主要依靠来自容器底部的激振器所产生的机械振力和激振力矩，使容器产生周期性的振动。由于容器底部为一圆环形 状，各点的振幅不一，使容器内的物料即围绕容器中心轴线公转，又绕圆环中心翻滚，合成环形螺旋运动，从而达到流化状 态。流化物料与夹套加热的容器内壁接触传热升温，达到汽化点后在真空下水份汽化外排，致使物料快速脱水干燥。
◆The machine makes container poduce periodcal vibration dpendent on mechanical vibration force and torque produced by activator at the bottom of the container.Since ring shaped bottom of the container and different amplitude of various point,material in container revolves around axle of container and rolls around center of ring to produce ring shaped spiral movement,then is a fluidized state,Since heat pasage and contaet between fluidized materia and inner wall of container of sleeve heating.material will raise temperature.then it makes matenial dewatered and dried for moisture to evaporate and dischange out above evaporation temperature and under vacuum condition.
