概述 Descriptions

▲旋转闪蒸干燥机是我公司为克服静态干燥低效、高耗而研制开发的 新型高效流态化干燥设备。该机在设计过程中充分结合气流干燥等普 通流态干燥的特点，扬长避短，使整机具有合理的工艺结构和优越的 使用性能.真正实现流态化干燥的低耗、高效目标。

▲The revolvling flash vaporization dryer is a new and high-efficiency fluidified drying equipnent which is researched and developed for the sake of overcoming the Iow-efficiency and high-consumed statie drying by our company.We have joined the characteristics of ordinary fluidified drying such as air stream drying,in designing process,and have developed advantage and reduced shortcoming with the advanta-geous usage function.All this really realizes the target of the consuuming and high efficiency of the fluidfied drying.

▲The dryer is widely used for drying rubber and plasticizer,agrochemical,pigment, dyestuff,chemical industry,animal feed,medicine and kinds of intermediates.

原 理Principle

▲热空气切线进入干燥器底部，在搅拌器带动下形成强有力的旋转风场。音状物料由螺旋加料器进入干燥器内，在高速旋转  搅拌桨的强烈作用下，物料受撞击、磨擦及剪切力的作用下得到分散。块状物料迅速粉碎，与热空气充分接触，受热、干燥。 脱水后的干物料随热气流上升，分级环将大颗粒截留，小颗粒从环中心排出干燥器外，由旋风分离器和除尘器回收，未干透  或大块物料受离心力作用甩向器壁，重新落到底部被粉碎干燥。

▲The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction.Under the driving of the stirrer,a powerful rotating wind area is formed.The paste state materials enter into the dryer throngh the screw charger.Under the powerful effect of stirring at high-speed rotation,the materials are distrilbuted under the function of strike,friction and shearing force.The block state materials wil soon be smashed and contact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried.The dried materials after the de-watering will go up with the hot-air flow.The grading rings will top and keep the big particles.Small particles will be discharged out of the dryer fiom the ring center and will be collected in the cyclone and dust collector.The not-fully-dried or big piece materials will be sent to the wall of the equipment by centrifugal foree and be smashed again after they fall downto the bottom.
